Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering has opened a
Computer Society of India Students branch. . A Workshop on Web
technologies & Web Services was conducted by the branch. The Proceedings of
the Workshop was circulated throughout the University as e-Proceedings and
Proceedings booklet were issued to the student and staff members. Nearly 110
students are members of CSI RGCE students branch The Students receive CSI
magazines every periodically.
The branch conducted a Tech talk on ISRO's experience in Satellite Onboard
Computer Design, the gathering was addressed by Dr. E. Rajakumar, The Group
Director of Information Group, Vikram Sartabhai Space Research Centre,
Thiruvananthapuuram.
