The students are trained in all computer related subjects with emphasis on information science. The Information Technology department has the following labs  to train the students in different platforms and technologies.

  • Software Engineering Lab
  • DBMS lab
  • CASE Tools Lab
  • Network Lab
  • Operating Systems Lab (Unix Programming Lab)
  • Visual Programming Lab

The Department is equipped with vast list of licensed software available, like IBM's Rational Suite, ORACLE, AutoCAD, Visual Studio, .NET, etc. These tools and software packages exposes the future information professionals to all platforms and all Operating systems. The final year students extensively utilize these treasure for their project Works. Software Packages are upgraded regularly.
 

It is needless to say that combination of Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics and Communications is the main Driving force for the Boom in the Indian Economy. There is tremendous growth
for our Economy and Employment in the coming years as our present revenue share is only 1.4 percent of World Business in Information Technology.
