The Department of Mechanical Engineering was started in the year of 2005 with the objective to produce competent Engineers, who are ready for both the Industry needs and the community by giving a broad exposure in the all areas in Mechanical Engineering and mold them to be technically competitive with others for the race of quality employment.


We enable the student to acquire practical experience through our Design and Fabrication centre and Projects and also by MOU with the major Training centers in the area of Mechanical Engineering.

We provide students with the necessary skills and practical experience to fulfil their professional duties and responsibilities in teamwork, ethics, technical leadership, business acumen and lifelong learning. We make the students be in a position to practice professionally in various positions in industry or government and succeed in graduate or other professional schools.



We mould the students to become future Engineers, Scientists, Researchers, and Innovators and thereby make substantial contributions to the society of mechanical engineers. We prepare the students to be successful Engineers meeting the global industrial requirements. We make the students put constant efforts to improve their living quality.
